Amenities - Other Facilities

(a)    Provision of Mid Day Meal.    As a goodwill measure & in order to arouse interest among the students, arrangements have been made to provide free mid day meal to all the children studying in the school. The children are given nutritional & tasty food, to ensure this, an elaborate menu has been prepared & is being followed religiously. The school has a good dining hall which can accommodate up to 125 students at one time.

(b)    School Buses.    Five School buses have been placed under the school to transport the children from their homes to school & back. The school buses are placed at Hunder, Disket & Skuru villages. The students are in turn not charged any fee for the school buses.

(c)    Computer classes.   The computer centre has been established in the school premises to impart basic knowledge about Computer to the children. At present, there are 16 computers in the school. Computer training is given to all the children from class I onwards & qualified instructor has been employed to impart quality computer education to the children.

(d)    Medical Care.    All students of AGS, Partappur undergo a half-yearly dental & medical exam under the arrangements of Army doctors. Health cards of all students have been prepared. To provide first aid a MI room equipped with medicines & necessary medical equipment has also been made available in the school.
